Just Pups owner Vincent LoSacco has been issued summonses by the East Hanover Health Department, where he currently operates his one remaining puppy shop, NewJerseyHills.com reports.
LoSacco's shops in Paramus, Emerson, East Brunswick and Valhalla, N.Y. have all been shut down.
